From dismissed to determined
I went from doctor to doctor, searching for answers. I was experiencing anxiety, brain fog, night sweats, and insomnia — symptoms that didn’t feel like “just stress.” But over and over, I was told I was fine. That I was too young. One doctor even laughed.
I started going to therapy because I truly thought I was losing my mind. At the same time, I launched a podcast to find answers, talking to experts and everyday women who were going through the exact same thing. Each conversation made one thing clear: women deserve better.
After over 20 years working in mental health and wellness, I decided enough was enough. I created Navelle as the solution I couldn’t find. A platform designed to give women real answers, real care, and real support.
Especially women who look like me. Women who have been ignored, misdiagnosed, and historically excluded from conversations, research, and competent care.
This is more than a business. It’s my purpose. And it’s personal.
